Something not quite right? We are more than happy to process an exchange or store credit.

  • Exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date you received the item. Items received or requests to return or exchange items outside of this period will NOT be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
  • All garments returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, without make-up or deodorant marks and with the original packaging and tags intact.  

All WristCandy and Mala sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please send an email to

All exchanges are shipped at the expense of the buyer. We recommend that you use a registered and trackable service to ensure that the items arrive safely at OHSOSOM, as you are responsible for said items until they arrive. Please package items properly to ensure they arrive undamaged.
Faulty goods
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at Items are only considered faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 
Refunds are only issued in the unlikely case that items that are received faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be credited back to your account via the original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note that due to varying bank processing times, card transfers may take up to 10 working days to complete.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are final, no exchanges, refunds or returns.
Late Returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of OHSOSOM Pte Ltd.
Order Revisions
If you need to change something about your order (style, size or shipping address, etc), please be sure to email us within 1 hour. Requests that are made after 1 hour of order confirmation are not guaranteed as your order may already be in queue for packing/shipping.
If you need to make an exchange due to incorrect sizing, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can set aside the correct size for you. If the size you require is not available, we will help you pick something else you will love, or we will give you store credit.
