Get Fit & Fab this Feb. We all know that as much as we want to get with it in January, the previous year always creeps back in pushing our attempts further back, and then of course there is Chinese New Year, with it's abundance of pineapple tarts and other delicious treats.

So let's get real, it's all about February! Each day we will give you something wicked an wonderful to treat yourself with, from quick-fix workouts, to yoga flows and cocktail Fridays! We really believe it's about working hard and playing hard, it's just boring otherwise, and you know we don't do boring!!

So we've come up with a schedule that's fun and pampering, and most of all doable. Stick with us and get fit and fab this Feb.
