Sunday, the traditional day of rest. Well, for some. We are giving you the option to take it slow, or give it a go. Grab your family, your best friend, your dog, or go solo, and get outside. Get some fresh air and go for a stroll.
Now if you want to can take it up a notch. Find a hill, increase your speed and charge up it! If you have a baby in a stroller, even better, push your bundle up that hill double time. If you are pushing, don't forget to engage your belly muscles, drawing the muscles in and up. No sassy butt, booty tooch, sticking your bum out, or what ever you want to call it! This will help to protect your lower back.
