DAY SIX - TOOTH BRUSHING WORK OUT

Everyone has certain mundane rituals that they perform exactly the same way every day, we just do them without thinking. Now, if we could add something really great for us into the mix, then we are laughing all the way to a badass booty. yup.

My bedtime routine, is exactly the same every day, teeth brushed, face washed and moisturised, simple, done, it doesn't change, so this is what we propose..

While you are brushing your teeth, don't just lean on the side, get those buns working.

  1. SQAUT X 20 - Pulse x 20
  2. GODDESS SQUAT - SWAY SIDE TO SIDE X 20 - Pulse X 20
  3. SQUAT AGAINST WALL - 30 seconds
  4. Repeat if necessary.

Many dentist say you should spend at least 2 minutes brushing your teeth, so 2 minutes of booty busting before bed should leave you with a killer butt in no time. Make it part of your daily ritual!
