Bliss Balls, Power Balls, Energy Balls... what ever you want to call them.

These easy to make delicious little treats are 100% guilt free! We have carefully extracted all of the fat, sugar and carbs from each ball with a very fine scalpel!! Haha just kidding, but if you worry about that kind of thing, these are a good alternative for to curb those sweet cravings.



    • 8 Medjool Dates - pitted
    • Dedicated Coconut
    • 1/3 cup Cacao
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
    • Pinch of Salt
    • 1/2 cup Almonds
    • 1/2 cup Brazil Nuts
    • 1/2 cup Walnuts
    • 2 tsp Water
  1. Add all the nuts into a blender and blitz till it's finely ground. (Feel free to alter the nuts to your liking.)
  2. Add the dates - Blitz.
  3. Add Cacao and Vanilla Essence + Water if needed.
  4. Roll into balls - Wet hands to make the rolling easier.
  5. Store in the fridge.
