Cultivating a home practice can be one of the hardest things to do, even for the most dedicated yogi. There are so many distractions, the Tv, the fridge, laundry, babies, ugh the list goes on and on. Then there is the matter of sequencing, trying to be dynamic, trying to remember all those cool poses and how to link them seamlessly together.  So we are going to take the hassle out of trying to work it out yourself. We've put together a great little flow to stretch out the body and help you begin the month as you intend to go on, looking and feeling fit and fabulous.

It's just a short one, but link it into your normal practice for a great full body stretch.
