SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE
Sometimes it's just easier to smush it all up and drink it. This smoothie is packed full of nutrients and flavour. It's the prefect quick and easy breakfast or post yoga snack. Pop everything in the blender and blitz it. Boom, health in a cup.
  • 1/2 CUP SPINACH
  • 1 CUP BLUEBERRIES
  • 1/2 BANANA
  • 1 1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
  • 1/4 AVOCADO
  • 1 TBSP FLAXSEED
  • HONEY (optional)

Here's what this yummy smoothie can do!

SPINACH - contains flavonoids which act as antioxidants to keep cholesterol from oxidising and protect your body from free radicals, particularly in the colon.

BLUEBERRIES - help to maintain healthy bones, lower blood pressure, manage diabetes, ward off heart disease, prevent cancer, aid in healthy digestion, weight loss and fighting wrinkles. So much win!!

UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK - low in fat, but high in energy, proteins, lipids and fiber. It contains minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc.

AVOCADO - high in potassium, good fats. Can help to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels

FLAXSEEDS - high in fiber and fatty acids.
