DYNAMIC STRETCH looks at combining 3 different methods to develop flexibility. Dynamic stretching helps to build range of motion, which is important for getting into poses easily and safely, long yin yoga holds to help you gently move deeper into the poses, and careful movements help you understand what your body needs, creating a better sense of awareness. 

This sequence is slow and steady but helps to build strength and flexibility that you can use in all other aspects of your practice.
