A couple of years ago, i was drinking a smoothie every day. It was a delicious, quick way to get a loads of fruit and veg in.. and then for some reason, probably just laziness, it just fizzled out!
Now I have a little one, I'm always looking for clever ways to cram as much goodness in as possible, actually it's more like hide as much goodness in as possible!
This is a really great recipe, I got it from vegan goddess @earthyandy, all you need is a blender, and it's pink!!
4 x Frozen Bananas
1/2 x Pink Dragon Fruit
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
1 Vanilla Bean
Blitz it all together! You can pop it in the freezer to make it a little more firm. Enjoy.
